Physical Development is a primary facet of Holistic Development. Physical activity enhances discipline, self-confidence, mental strength and teamwork. Adopting a healthy lifestyle and fitness is one of the core principles of the school. We offer a variety of sports including:

In addition to this, we have a Running and Trekking Club, quarterly parent and student treks and Annual Run (including a 5k, 10K) for parents, students and alumni.’ under sports and co-curricular.
