Our Chief Guest for our Primary Sports Day was the Deputy Commissioner of Tirunelveli Mr.Saravanan Arjun. He spoke about sports being an integral part of daily life for children and adults. The sports day included live relay events, Zumba, Archery, Yoga and many other drills.

Career Guidance sessions are conducted throughout the year. Parents and Guests talk to students about a day in their professional life. This introduces children early on to the different careers; they interact and ask questions. Often they will visit the professional’s place of work to learn about about their careers.
Ms.Arati Rajaratnam, psychologist and author, addressed Meena Sankar parents on a variety of topics including gadget addiction, creativity, spending quality time with children and importance of play. Ms.Arati is the author of ‘Parenting: Innocence to Inner Sense” which provides simple ways to understand the many challenges that the parent- child relationship brings into your life.
