Academics

Our Curriculum provides a holistic education environment with a focus on Academics Sports, Visual and Performing Arts and Spiritual empowerment.

The curriculum is designed to instill curiosity, enhance creativity and build character, and is both interactive and pragmatic. We adopt an interdisciplinary approach to learning where academic lessons are coupled with real-world concepts.

Our curriculum focuses on developing these key skills including:

  • Analysis and Reasoning
  • Creativity
  • Collaboration
  • Independent thinking
  • Communication
  • Problem Solving

Teaching these relevant, in demand skills, will prepare students to become innovators in an ever evolving world. Keeping this in mind, we are constantly innovating and enhancing our academic curriculum with a plethora of supplemental programmes.

Math

In the Mathematics Lab, kids perform mathematical experiments, play mathematical games, solve mathematical puzzles and discover mathematical principles, patterns and processes all by themselves. Students engage in ‘learning by doing’ with a combination of logical reasoning and analysis.

Science & Technology

Students want to learn skills that will help them understand the modern world and be successful in it. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) education provides students with the skills they need to thrive in their future careers, from critical thinking skills to creativity, communication and collaboration that are required for the 21st Century.

We have established a dedicated STEM Lab in school. We encourage our students to analyze and ponder on the Why and How. The Lab helps students to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical learning and sets the path to develop a love for innovation and enquiry.

STEM is important as our world depends on it. Science is omnipresent in the space around us. Technology is expanding into every aspect of our lives. Engineering provides the nuts and bolts for any infrastructure whether our home or in the global landscape. Mathematics is in every occupation, every activity we do in our lives.

Language Arts

Language skills for English and vernaculars are honed through reading activities that inculcate thinking, imagination and analysis. We provide the Book Lovers Programme designed to get children to love reading books. Reading allows a learner to learn independently; those who can read well often learn faster.

The programme also includes various individual and group activities, and helps to develop writing skills as well as speaking skills.

“Wherever I am, if I've got a book with me, I have a place I can go and be happy.” – J.K. Rowling

Social Studies

Social Studies helps develop multiple skills of analysis where students interpret the past, compare it to the present and derive implications for the future. Analyzing the earth on which we live and the various events that have shaped the present through plays, models and innovative activities make learning interesting and challenging.

Visual and Performing Arts

‘Every Child is an Artist’ – Pablo Picasso

Visual and Performing Arts connect students with the world outside enhancing their empathy and creativity. Students learn to express their ideas, emotions and experiences in avenues other than language. Our curriculum allows students to

  • Communication: students learn to use verbal and non verbal techniques to communicate effectively and confidently.
  • Enhance Creativity: Through creative expression, students are able to find a creative solution for daily challenges
  • Collaborate: students have the opportunity to participate in creative collaboration. Students gain valuable life skills by learning the importance of constructive feedback

We offer vocal, instrumental music, photography, graphic animation, dance and theatre.
